The box came a bit crumpled but the hair dye is alright. not a drop spilled. came with 2 pairs of disposable gloves too. it works great. this is my second bottle. covers gray hair nicely. my mum loves it. also it's easy to apply. i recommend this product.

First time buyer, it honestly works really well, didnt have significant fading until a month. It did however dry out my hair a bit, which i used a conditioning mask and my hair feels just as healthy. Bought the black, initially it looked almost orange but darkened as it set. Highly recommend!
